Although we did not use their service because of a change in plans for our home, I did find their rep. to be very knowledgeable. He also did not use any high pressure sales tactics. The plan that we discussed for my problem was very well thought out and made sense to me. The description of their system, their very good reputation along with the included guarantee gave me confidence that the fix they offered would have been successful and long lasting. Had our plans not changed we would most likely have used them.
